Harassment from call agents

<p>I get calls and sms right throught the month. Even though I pay my account every month. The agents are rude and impertinent, they call to make payment arrangements and a week later they call again saying there are nothing on the system even though you have given them the date you intend to pay. Even after the account is paid, 2days later sms's with threats of no payment, that legal action will be taken. Its too much for anyone to take. They phone during the day, at night on the weekends. They have all my the details, work, cell and home numbers but still make as if I am running away.They drive you to be just like them, impolite and I would just like to make it known how unhappy I am. I am not a ******** and to top it off, I am billed for each call. Is it legal for them to be doing this to someone who is paying the account?</p>
