Harassment and lies

<p> </p> <p>I had a retail account with Foschini that was handed over to Anthony Richards and Associates later in 2015, I made arrangements to pay the account of which i eventually settled on the 05 of June 2016. Was promised that I will receive my clearance letter when I phoned them on the 09 June 2106. To date haven't received it instead I've been from pillar to post. I've been phoning almost everyday speaking to diffent consultants who came up with different stories. The last consultant that I spoke to was a certain Mr Mokoena who promised that the manger will give me a call , which has not come through yet. I want that clearance letteras this is creating a very bad name for me on my credit profile.</p>
