Harassing calls after account is settled waiting 3 months for the paid in full letter

<p>Harassing calls almost daily after account is settled waiting 3 months for the paid in full letter. Given 30% discount for early settlement and useless admin department. I have sent their letter confirming 30% discount back to their useless admin department several times. . Still no letter and still harassing phone calls. Disgusted </p>
