Frustrating

Hi, <br> <br> I was hassled to pay my account by the call centre team which is employed at this debt collecting firm. After making a payment, i was promised ( and calls should be recorded, if not, this will serve as more ammo to take to my lawyers ) to have a settlement letter provided if i had paid my outstanding amount on my account. I finally made the payment, and received a call for the last time, and never again. I'm now trying to get my credit record cleared up but without the professionalism businesses claim to have especially this firm, where agents couldn't send an email to ensure im actually speaking to the correct people, returned with 'why do you want me to send you an email' type of attitude. <br> <br> Goes to show, a genuine consumer pays their account and your debt collecting agents forget their endless calls and dont bother following up. I will not wait in baited breath and will not run after people after promises were made. I paid my account and want my settlement letter.
