From what I've seen, this company is not well-run and has many serious issues. It’s a mess and needs major improvements

I have contacted these guys, with a query, ended up speaking to 5 different consultants or agents or whatever they are. till now did not receive any proper assistance. One of the agents advised they do not have any managers. Another agent literally told me to make fast because she does not have time. I don't know what type of ***** company this is, but it was literally the worst I've experienced.
