FNB Smart Spend dont want to be settled !!!!

have been trying to call this people for days on the number *** just to obtain a settlement amount and banking details , this number just rings and then when finally answered the line gets dropped , so today 02.06.2020 i finally manage to get through and spoke to a lady by the name of candice who confirmed she is from the Legal department at Anthony Richards who assured me that i will get a callback from Crystal a Manager within an hour. Im sorry but this is the most pathetic service i have ever come across in my life , does this people not want their money . they send you 10 000 sms with this number above but nobody ever answers !!!! I really hope that the CEO of this company knows what is happening
