FNB Loan account

I was Handed over a few years ago for a loan with FNB, to Anthony Richards and Associates which I have been paying every month, for the last year I have requested a full statement from FNB 's attorneys with a complete breakdown of my account and the payments I have made , but till today they ignore my request or they just blatantly says they are not contracted to give me that information I must just pay. This is against all of the consumer laws and they just keep taking money , the law states that one must get a monthly statement of payments and what outstanding is on the account. This morning I phoned ARA again and the lady I spoke to just said to me she cannot help me and there is nothing I can do to get a statement from them, the worst of it all is I have being paying the said amounts every month and then went over to a debit order that gets taken off my account every month. FNB continues to mark my states on all the ITC as bad payer and that I'm not making any payments This needs to be corrected and all the emails that I found on the internet for FNB says that this email is unattended so how must I get hold of anyone to sort this out. I even phoned this morning FNB for a statement and the lady I spoke to said the full statement will be in my mail box within 5 minutes nothing came through. I 'm being over charged on interest and attorney fees and everyone at ARA and fnb just continues to not care. Is there anyone on here that can advise to prosecute ARA and FNb for this.

Lastly all the monies I have been paying over the last period just does not change at all either how on earth is that possible
