Extremely bad service

<p>I had recently settled my Capitec account with Anthony Richards and Associates and requested a paid up letter </p> <p>The settlement as done on the 26thNovember 2016 and since then I have repeatedly been requesting a paid up letter and have received no joy</p> <p> </p>
