DONT WANA SEND SETTLEMENT LETTER

The service or non thereof from you people is just pathetic to say the least.I was handed over by Jet for my account.In Jan I was called to say I received a 25% discount I must pay end of the month,which I have.Now I want mt settlement letter...I have called these assholes and emailed to no response.BUT when they were still pestering me,they sent emailed almost daily and the fone calls too.Now I must get my setlletment letter its like they don't exist.1st time I called the lady said she will send me the letter ASAP...today some chick with attitude says that the systems have not been updated and she dsnt know when those will be done,may I just add she had a stinking attitude(teach ur consultants some manners)<br> <br> Im glad I recorded all the fone calls I had with u people,all the mails and sms's....if this is not sorted by the end of this month I will take it up with my lawyer,im sick of this.
