Disrespectful rude

I received a call from one of the consultants on Thursday around 9 or 10 am ,I answered the call and I asked the lady if she can call me at exactly 4pm cause I have a 1year old and she a busy body,THAT CONSULTANT was SO RUDE ASKING ME if im baby sitting my baby and that's the reason I can't talk and she insisted in talking to me where at that time my baby walked and went outside while I'm inside trying to explain to this DISRESPECTFUL UNEDUCATED WOMAN that my baby is alone out side and if anything happens will she be able to assist me or fo anything ,she still insisted in talk that's when I lost it and I screamed at her telling call me back at 4 and I cut the call , same number again at 14h30 so they don't know how to see time and they Want to call u when it suits them like seriously you work at an attorneys office have some ethics.
