DISGUSTING, PATHETIC AND RUDE DO NOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE SERVICE THIS CIRCUS OF A COMPANY PROVIDES!!!!

I have NEVER in my entire existence been subjected to such disgusting service form a so called 'professional' company. Not only are the staff rude and extremely uninformed, they actually just don't give a damn! While voicing my concerns to the one lady who is supposedly a supervisor - she laughed at me and put the phone down in my ear! Let me repeat that just incase you thought you read it wrong - SHE LAUGHED AT ME AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR!!! I tried calling back NINE times and each time they picked up, heard my voice and put the phone down in my ear! I have never in my life............... this pathetic excuse for a company should be shut down. I cannot believe that the big corporates continue to do business with them, do they realise how much damage these clowns are doing to their brand?? Maybe they need to come and read some of these comments. I AM FURIOUS AND BEYOND DISGUSTED AT THE LACK OF RESPECT TOWARDS THEIR CLIENTS AS WELL AS ALL THE FALSE INFORMATION I WAS GIVEN! MY COMPLAINTS ARE DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO STOP HERE - ARA YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME UNTIL YOU ARE BROUGHT TO TASK FOR YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE.
