<p>I am utterly, utterly appalled at the complete and utter ****** when it comes to employment at ARA. Black people, clearly being the least preferred choice for employment. </p> <p>There is a receptionist there, im not sure of her name but you would be sure to recognise her by the amount of ****. Too much make up, too little manners. She is so rude. My two year old brother has more home training than she does. </p> <p>I was chosen for training on my previous visit and i kindly explained the reason behind me not being able to attend, a temporary course i would be doing. When i came back after the course like they told me to they decide to catch atrocious attitudes and said i can never apply again because i decide to study and take an opportunity to better myself. </p> <p>Im so..words can't even describe it.</p> <p>We want justice. And all those *********** women(especially that secretary with the 5c weaves) to be removed. Get proper, non biased recruiters. Why is an 18 year old girl telling you this?!</p> <p>I hope they read this. And know that this is not the end. Im going to keep making people aware of that god forsaken place till this matter is rectified!</p> <p>***. That's my number. I hope that company gets ahold of this review. Please call me. I dare you.
