Constant Harassment

<p>I've got a Truworths account that's being paid through ARA.</p> <p>Every month for the past 20 months I have kept my commitment and paid the arranged amount on the 27th of every month. </p> <p>The issue I have is being harassed. I am phoned every month to make an arrangement for the next month. I tell them the same story. Like every other month.</p> <p>Then I get called or threatend via sms with legal action because a payment was not received. Them EVERY MONTH when I phone them, the response is "Oh sorry ma'am, we've received the payment it just hasn't been updated". How is it possible that they employ *********** people to handle account who cannot read and process bank statements daily. 6 days after I've paid I'm being threatend with legal action. </p> <p>Today I lost my sense of humour and told the 'intelligent' call centre idiot that if they threaten me again or send any sms' like those, I will refuse to pay them a cent and take them to court for harassment. Enough is enough after 2 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>I truely hope no one else gets affected by this horrible collection agency. </p>
