CONFIRMATION /SETTLEMENT LETTER

<p>I made a Payment of R2062.00 for my Edgars account on the 24 May 2016 making use of 30% discount offered by Anthony Richards & Associates , i called Anthony Richards & Associates to inform them of my payments and received a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from Lauren September on the 02 June 2016 and again Gawa Madatt on the 04 August 2016 on both email they confirmed that payment was received , The account has been settled and requested reversal of your outstanding balance on your account and clearance letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Paid my account on the 24 May 2016 , I’ve made countless calls to Edgars who can’t give me a confirmation letter stating that my account its paid and settled as there’s still an amount outstanding in which Anthony Richards & Associates keeps on telling me that they will send a request for the reversal of the outstanding balance on your account. Till today nothing has been done. Still stuck as if I haven’t settled my account .</p>
