Collectors not bothered with receiving payment

My Ackermans account was handed over to them. I have been emailing every day for the past two weeks now just to get a statement and banking details so that I can settle this account. Up to now I did not receive any reply from them. I've been calling as well asking them to please send me a statement but that's a waste of time....
