Clearance letter

<p>I have paid my Foschini account in full in April 2016,and I still have'nt receive the clearance letter that I was supposed to receive after making the payment.</p> <p>Been calling the company almost every month from April,been send from pillar to post,spoke to every supervisior.</p> <p>Yesterday I called them,one supervisor promised to send the letter to my email.then they called me to tell me my letter was sent on the 4th July 2016,I checked my emails,there is no letter.</p> <p>I called again spoke to an agent,who advised that I have an Outstanding balance of R200,of which I did'nt even know about until yesterday.</p> <p>R200 charge for what?</p> <p>Ive settle my account months ago,IM NOT GOING TO PAY IT.</p> <p>I want my clearence letter ASAP!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Xoli</p>
