Clearance Letter

I was owing Identity clothing account, which I failed to pay after losing my job, now I am employed and managed to pay of my account on the 10th May 2015, this account was handed over to this people I have mentioned above.<br> <br> They promised to send me a clearance letter which said to take 14 days with effect after settling my account. I have been calling and sending emails for this people to send me my letter with no luck I have not received anything till this day. <br> <br> My reference number ***5 .<br> <br> Please Hellopeter I need your assistance.
