CALL CENTRE CONTACT TIME

ARA calls me at 18:30 to follow-up on a payment, <br> <br> ISN'T THERE A LAW AGAINST CONTACTING PEOPLE OUTSIDE WORK HOURS?<br> <br> I have not disregarded their calls, why do they chose to call me during my Family Time???<br> <br> It also doesn't help that I am being called about the same thing without their systems showing my latest payment.<br> <br> How come their system doesn't show my updated payment?
