Bottom-feeder Behaviour

This collection agency acts for RCS/Game/Massmart it appears. It seems that unless an over-indebted unemployed individual actually undersands their rights in terms of SA law and how it relates to unsecured debt in 2019 all and any ************ agencies send threatening emails and sms's!!! If one doesn't have money for the basic necessities how do you expect a person to pay debt? And why is this company attempting to claim R5,000 when that money has already been paid to RCS/Game/Massmart by their insurance company? Why? Because these collection agencies BUY debt & then attempt to make the debtor's life hell. Everybody in SA needs to educate themselves re unsecured debt & stop all these bullies one at a time
