Bad Behaviour and Poor service

My husband and I have had varies calls for his accounts. We have settled both his Truworths and his Sportscene account and still didnt recieve paid up letters and I have provided them with all my details.

They call and sometimes dont speak or they just switch the phone off. I have settle this accounts in October already and still they keep on nagging us to make payment but dont send the information we requested from them.
