Arrogance

<p>So Ive been unemployed for a year, I spoke to one of their consultants on friday regarding payment arrangement. I have advised them that i started employment on 19/9/16. A consultant calls me 27/09/2016 @15H12 regarding the same account I have made payment arrangement for previously. After I tell her what I can afford to pay she says to me, " You have to send us your income and expenses"</p> <p>I know what i can pay, and didnt you think after a year of unemployment there will be debt???? </p> <p>And I am telling her I cant talk I am at work she says i must email those documents !!!!!</p>
