ARA Group worst company ever

Ara Group is the worst company ever. My wife had a rcs money credit card which had credit life on. She passed away on the 27th April. Ara has been harassing us non stop. Are these people not educated enough to know the purpose of a credit life. They phone and drop the call sometimes. I call and they drop the phone or should I go to the ombudsman with this case
