ARA Group BAD SERVICE!

VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

My Edgar's account was handed over to the ARA Group. They send me everyday 2 messages that I must settle my account, and call me 5 times a day! When I settle my account.. there is no feedback from them, not even to let you know the money is paid over to Edgar's your account will be closed soon. Not even a settlement letter! Now when I call the call center they put me through to the edgars department.. but there is NO answer! Nothing! Very bad of them! They must stop calling people and send messages.. because they can't even do they work properly!

Tomorrow I'm give this matter to my lawyer! Can't go on like this!
