Appauling Services

I was sold a settlement deal by Anthony Richards & Associates and settled my account in the specified period, within 14 working days I was supposed to have received my clearance letter. 30 days have passed and there is no letter, they cant pinpoint who is initially responsible and their manager Michelle Prince who told her staff including Suzette Anderson(Supervisor) that I will get my letter before COB on 03/08/2015 was always unavailable.... If you are soooo efficient in getting consumers to pay up their accounts why the hell are you soooo inefficient when accounts are settled by consumers?!?!<br> <br> Your systems and some staff members need a major overhaul. <br> <br> I am disgusted by the services at Anthony Richards & Associates!!!
