Appauling service

This company has been calling me for over a year, the most rudest, arrogant bunch of agents with no telephone etiquette and no background information. I have made payment towards an outstanding hospital bill in March 2020 and emailed the proof of payment to the respective people. I have even emailed Lorna, Heidi the company email address the exact same information and no acknowledges the email yet i will receive several calls the entire day from these agents repeating the same information. Surely if an email ia going through to a manager, a Team leader, or even the company address there are allocated staff to attend to these emails. I asked for an email adress today and the agent Siya was so rude and disgusting.. she just said "I'm done with this call" and dropped the line. Clearly these agents don't care about what they are doing and merely just filling a role.
