Anthony richards association

took a loan with capitec bank, I couldnt pay it off due to unemployment, it got handed over to Anthony Richards association, I finally got the money so I settled the account 0n the 15th October 2021, to date 29/01/2022 on my credit score it shows that I'm still owning they have not cleared/settled my account. this is now messing with my credit score please help sort this issue.
