Anthony Richards and associates - useless

<p>So after paying my total outstanding balance, they will tell me days later after Ive called them several times, that i still owe them R50. They delay the process by any and all means ie not answering calls, telling you they will call you back, until you eventually call back. Who pays me for my wasted airtime?? I find it bizarre that when money is owed you can call all day everyday, but to clear my name i should wait 30 - 60 days. Paid up later will take 10-15 days. But my money should be paid NOW. This is in desperate need of legal challenge. </p>
