ANTHONY RICHARDS AND ASSOCIATES (PTY) LTD

ANTHONY RICHARDS AND ASSOCIATES (PTY) LTD have sent me collections demands with threats of litigation. I have tried to phone and email them with no response. The thing is that they actually have the wrong account details using my contact details. It's quite laughable since someone is actually paying for all this debt collection activity. I wonder how POPI and the PAIA requirements apply here. This is pure harassment with inappropriate use of the legal system as a whip to threaten compliance. Plain bully tactics are being used, and on the wrong subject.
