Anthony Richards and Associates

Very quick to phone and threaten but when you ask for a statement or anything they dont get back to you. I have been dealing with a woman there who has ABSOLUTELY NO telephone skills. she shouts over you, and speaks over you and doesnt give a **** what you would like to say or ask. Puts me on hold for ages. i can hear her chattering away and she will pick up again way later. Very poor people skills and a nightmare to deal with. I have no proof that what I've paid has come off the total yet.
