Anthony Richards and associate-disappointments!!

<p>I paid up my Edgar's account in 2015. Through this debt collections agency. And in 2016 I received a phone call from the Edgar's saying that I still owe them. I have been dealing with the agents from Anthony Richards and associates since then trying to clear my name and obtain a paid up letter for my account. And every encounter I have with them I am left feeling more and more frustrated as they keep giving me one excuse after the other as to why I am unable to get a paid up letter after I paid the account 3 years ago!! I have even had to lodge a complaint to the credit ombuds. This collection agency is sooooo useless!! When my money was being deducted from my account every month they were quick to do that. Now that I have paid they seem not to know how to assist me.. I am soo unhappy and very disappointed at the level of service this agency has given me over the past year! Now they are blocking my hopes of studying further as the banks will not give me a student loan due to this....</p>
