This company keeps harassing me due to outstanding account, and every day 2 to 3 times a day they phone me and add phone call charges of R39 per call, meaning that they do not make notes on the system on which they are working. Is there something I could do to stop them from phoning me on the POPI act, as I have explained to them every time the issue around my account?
