I've had the most unpleasant experience while trying to settle the outstanding amount. To date I keep getting running around by the company to send me an email confirming the settlement agreement. The call centre agents always state that the cannot send the email themselves and an admin lady to do so, who unfortunately is never available. They have falsey stated the email was sent, I continue to check for the email. The entire experience has been unprofessional and such an inconvenience.
