Why am I not surprised to see all the negative reviews for this firm? Unfortunately it seems complaining will get you nowhere, either. Ms Monecia Fortuin and her colleagues does not reply to emails, however they are very capable of forwarding pre-generated SMS's and emails containing false information. As a debt collection agency I should think that you at least need to get the figures right?!

I was (wrongfully) handed over by RCS to this firm, after being informed by an RCS consultant that handover would not be proceeding. Now I'm being harrassed by emails and SMS's from this firm. I have sent email after email requesting information or feedback from them. I have not even received the courtesy of one single proper reply. The amount claimed for in their emails and messages is incorrect. They are stating that I am in breach of a payment arrangement: there was never ANY repayment discussions or without prejudice correspondence entered into at all.

I cannot fathom how they can lawfully keep operating this way. They do not advise or enquire, they simply victimise from the first instance. It's disgusting.
