Account problems and more

If I could give minus 10 stars I would. My worst experience is with ARA attorneys. I paid this account for 9 months into an account where I got the account number from the attorneys. After 6 months I was informed that legal actions had started as I don't want to pay the account - which was not true. I contacted them and spoke to a team leader with the name Michelle Carollissen kept promising high and low on a daily basis that she will contact ABSA and find out as only ABSA can check the account information - that was 2 months ago!!!!!!!!

I have sent emails - with no reply. I have called and left messages for her - she doesn't call back EVER!!!!! I have even sent messages onto their whatsapp line and she just does not get back. I have sent her all the proof of payments from my bank to her via email and even to her cellphone number as well.

I feel that my money was ****** here. I paid R 850 towards loans that are not gone, and they cannot tell me who the account holder is. I am being threatened with legal actions for something I keep paying for. I feel that money should be deducted from the outstanding amount because the only way I got that account number was from them.

Please please help as I don't know what to do anymore.
