Absolute disgusting service from Abbey at " Richard and Associates

I received a call on the 16/12/2020 from "Abbey" the most unprofessional person ever. I have been in retail for 18-20 yrs but today was the worse. Arrangements had already been made regarding a loan I have and after the last arrangement was made with Abbey who wasnt this rude and abrupt last we spoke she could not give me valid reason why I was receiving a call today. She claimed it was an automated call but that is not true. They are a call centre and i sincerely hope that the owner of this ********** call centre knows that impact the staff has on his company name. I will not take another call from them moving forward and suggest that my account be handed to different firm with professional staff who has empathy for the current situation our economy is in. She spoke rudely to me then when I kept calling back different people spoke with introducing themselves- Good-day this is ..... from Anthony and Associates. The person/s in charge is as unprofessional as the staff they lead. All call centres has a team leader but the owner needs a serious change of staff. They will never successfully collect 100% of funds due to their inability to speak to clients/people.
