Pay up letter not receive and account still appear open

I was owing Lucky trees Cash loan and they handed me to Anthe Consultant for a Garnishee order to recover their money since 2019 August till 2020 June I was under Garnishee order with them and I finished paying them and I requested pay up letter from them and ask them to update my account but that does not happened to date I trying contact them not reach them this people are not good at all for that
