Fantastic Service

I would like to compliment Marche and her staff for the service I received from her company. On 26 June, I brought my wife home from hospital. As she was on bed rest for a week, she was looking forward to watching all her recorded shows on DSTV. Unfortunately there was no signal from the decoder. I phoned several DSTV service agents who all advised me that they would only be able to call this week to attend to the problem. Marche, although all her technicians were at various sites, said that she would make a plan and send the first technicians back to have a look at my problem. The two technicians arrived late afternoon and not only were they pleasant and efficient but explained to me what they were doing and also showed me the reason why they needed to do the work. I was completely astounded to find a company that, these days, were very professional in their relationship with the customer. I have no hesitation in recommending this service provider.
