ASI fixes Octotel botch-up

After Octotel knocked out my DSTV connection, and refused to come back to connect me, I contacted ASI who sent technicians round to resolve the problem. They were professional and fixed the issue in less than a minute. They arrived at the time arranged, and were very polite and helpful. What a pleasure to deal with this company. And huge thumbs down to Octotel, for refusing to acknowledge their responsibility in this matter.
