Really disgusting service from Antalis

I requested a quote stressing how urgent it was as I needed to print for a launch taking place very soon. I had to request this quote x3 times before it was emailed to me. I mailed her the proof of payment and requested a delivery date which received no reply. I mailed her again on Monday to which she rep**** I would receive my paper when it was ready. I then mailed her again to find out when and did not receive a reply so I eventually got hold of her on her cell phone. she promised to call me back to let me know and two days and another email later I was still waiting for an answer. I eventually called her again the day before the launch on her cell phone and stressed again how important it was that i got this paper. She then told me she was sorry she had not called me back but that my order would only be ready the next afternoon - after the launch. I was really upset because I had already told her I needed this urgently and if this woman had just told me the paper would not be ready in time I could've gotten this somewhere else. She then mails me the day of the launch and tells me I can collect my order after having already told me it would be delivered when I inquired.
