Unprofessional and *******

In November 2019 I cashed out R180 and do not receive my payment on 10 December 2019 I got a message on Facebook saying it would be done in that week with the payment run and that never happened either.

I phoned and got told the same thing.

I phoned thereafter and sent Facebook messages and for no response.

On 13 Feb I got a message on Facebook saying that they trying to link the cash out and points system.

I have since messaged enquiring about my cash out as I still have not received payment and also my points are zero.
