********! Don't participate in their surveys.

Total ********! I have been doing these surveys for so long and now all my points have disappeared. I queried it and got a response that they are working on it. A few months later I queried again where my points and money have gone and they still said they are working on it. Then I sent an email to say that I am no longer participating in their surveys they still haven't sorted out the points and no reply. I see they don't reply here either!
