Poor Customer Service

I have tried to contact Answered Insights for the past few months now with no response to date. My points balance is reflecting in a negative yet I have not cashed out for a very long time. I keep getting surveys to complete, yet my points for those surveys are not added to my profile. Disgusting Customer service from Answered Insights.
