Payment not even done after 6 weeks

As most of the complaints the same happened to me. My points just disappeared mysteriously. Got an email sometime last month advising that they know about the problem and that they busy sorting it and have decided to pay out everytime you did a survey. They also advised that the surveys that was completed since Oct/Nov 2019, will be paid out. Got a normal survey for payout. Filled in all my details and banking details. 6 weeks later still awaiting payment and absolutely no more replies to emails. This sucks big time! I am very disappointed as they dont even bother to communicate to their panelist which is unfair but still expect us to fill surveys in.
