NO PAYOUT AFTER MONTHS

I used to love Answered Insights, then all of the sudden all of our point were erased and then we got an email to say their website had issued and after that an email, also in a survey format, to enter our bank details and estimate of the number or points. I did all of this and didnt hear anything back. They are not replying to ANY emails or messages left. I still get surveys to do but currently am being owed over R500 ( Rough Estimate) as I believe its even more.

Completely over it. Once again a SA company taking chances.
