NO CASH OUT!

Ive signed up with this company for years and never had an issue with cashing out until recently. I received a mail explaining that there were some issues with the cash out process and that it will be sorted in due time. I then e-mailed the company and a guy by the name of Shaun Naidoo mailed me in November 2019 apologising and explaining that they have a "contingency plan in place to manually assist with cash outs". Trusting his word, i have been completing surveys as they come in , yet STILL NO CASH is being accumulated. I have emailed them enquiring about the cash payout twice now and still nothing. I am thinking this is a ********** company and plan on reporting it as I have received no response nor monies that were promised.
