I want my money!

I am really ****ed off just thinking about the time and energy wasted doing their surveys. from last year September, my cash out took a month. Now, I am sitting on a negative balance of R250. How, I do not know. I still get sent emails to do surveys but those points aren't added to my account. Mind you, I have called numerous times and sent emails. No one has even bothered to get back to me or answer calls but they seemingly know that I exist when they send me links to do more surveys for free! i have stopped partaking in this **** show but I want my money. Its a shame that this company went from being on of the best to the absolute worst. The least they could do is to let their panelists know what is going on.
