DO NOT SIGN UP /COMPLETE ANY SURVEYS...THEY DO NOT PAY OUT

My problems with these people began last year and I has been a pain but every time you are told that they are resolving technical issue . I am pretty sure we are approaching a year of these technical issues ,when Payouts were not acknowledged and or delayed . Eventually I found myself with negative points ,I then sent an email and was responded to by a Shaun ,who is supposedly the GM ... " Thank you for your email. Apologies for the lack of communication and delay in response.

We confirm receipt of your points balance query and cash out issues. We are experiencing a technical error with our panel profile page which currently reflects incorrect points balances for most panel members. Due to the massive email and Facebook queries received over the last 2 months, there is a backlog of panel member queries. Therefore the delay in response.

We are in the process of resolving the technical issues but as you have gathered it is taking longer to resolve than expected. The positive is that we have a record of your points history and the number of surveys you have completed. This is why we are still sending you the surveys as we still have record of the survey points accumulated to date. We do not want you to miss out on accumulating more points. The issue is with the link to your profile. We do understand If you do not wish to participate in the surveys until the points are corrected. Although your current points balance may reflect negative or 0, we are awaiting the backend mechanics to be restored before we restore the correct points balances.

We know that this is frustrating and concerning but we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time. You are welcome to call me to discuss further or to validate this email. "

I then continued to fill out surveys ,and on the 19th Feb I sent an email to say I wanted to cash out as I had reached 50 points . No response I sent another email and there was no response still .

Oh Don't bother calling them because the number they have put up on the website is non-existent
