Answered Insights Stay away, No payments for a year

I have the same problem as the rest of the panelists here, prior to this I have been with the company for 3 years and always got payments in less than 24 hrs of payment request. My points disappeared back in 2019 to - 240,i was told their point system isn't working and is being fixed and that I should continue completing surveys. A year later the system hasn't been fixed and points still in negative have stopped completing survey back in December and advise others to do the same.
