Answered Insights pathetic service

I have been doing surveys for years now. Since last year October my points reflect a negative. It was meant to be corrected in November but still nothing has been done. They continue to send surveys but the points are not reflecting. I wrote a review on hello Peter in November after which the owner assured me that it will be corrected but it hasn't been done. And to make things worse, their contact details are no longer valid.
