Formal complaint on ansteys Square of manage Lawrence

I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the service provided during my recent one-night stay at Anysteys Square on 21 May. My experience at your establishment was marred by numerous issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.

Firstly, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that there were no towels in the bathrooms, a basic amenity that one would expect to be provided at any reputable accommodation.

Moreover, my interaction with the manager, Lawrence, was deeply unsettling. Despite arriving late at around 9:00 pm due to challenging road conditions, I was met with a complete lack of assistance. I had to raise my voice to attract attention and was ultimately directed to Lawrence's residence by a reportedly intoxicated security guard. Upon reaching Lawrence's house, I was appalled to find that he remained in his room, forcing me to communicate with him from a distance while he stayed inside.

Despite being informed that my meals had been prepaid by my company, I was denied any assistance with obtaining dinner and was even told that I would need to cover the cost myself an act i found as inappropriate

As a result, I was left hungry and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. The following morning, an employee persistently knocked on my door to offer tea, despite my clear indication that I was still resting. This lack of regard for my privacy was both invasive and unwelcome.

When I attempted to address these grievances with Lawrence in his office, I was met with hostility and baseless accusations of having a poor attitude. To my astonishment, Lawrence refused to reimburse me for the meals I had been promised, leaving me with substandard and unsatisfactory fare for breakfast and lunch.

Furthermore, I must highlight an alarming and unacceptable statement made by Lawrence to my manager, in which he made derogatory and ****** remarks. This behavior is reprehensible and has no place in any professional setting.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I have evidence to support my claims, including recorded conversations and witness accounts.
